Privacy Policy

Who We Are

Conga is operated by NandoWorks LLC. This policy explains what data is used when you play Conga on the web, iPhone, iPad, or in the Android app.

Data Conga Uses

Conga may process the following information so the game can run:

  • Player name or nickname you enter.
  • Room codes, game settings, table state, cards, moves, scores, and round history.
  • Chat messages you send at a table.
  • An installation identifier, blocked player identifiers and names, and moderation restrictions. Your device stores a private random token; the server uses a derived identifier for safety records.
  • Reports you submit, including the reported name and selected chat message, reason, optional details, room code, player identifiers, submission time, and moderation decisions.
  • Local preferences and owned cosmetic product identifiers. Apple StoreKit handles purchases and restoration on iPhone and iPad; Google Play Billing handles Android purchases. The game does not receive payment-card or bank details.
  • Basic technical connection data handled by our hosting providers to keep multiplayer rooms online.

Data Conga Does Not Collect

  • No account registration is required.
  • No contacts, precise location, photos, files, health data, or financial information are collected.
  • Conga does not use ad networks and does not sell personal data.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to create and join room-code tables, sync multiplayer state, run solo games with AI players, show scores and chat, restore cosmetic access, investigate reports, enforce blocks and suspensions, troubleshoot the service, and keep the game secure and reliable.

Sharing And Retention

Conga uses Google Cloud for multiplayer hosting and private moderation storage, and website hosting providers to deliver the game. Player names and chat are visible to people at the same table. Gameplay and ordinary chat are held in server memory for active rooms. Submitted reports and moderation records are stored separately to investigate complaints, enforce blocks and suspensions, and handle appeals. They are not displayed to other players. You may request deletion by contacting fernando@nandoworks.com and including a report reference if you have one; do not send your private app token.

Multiplayer And Chat

Room codes can be shared with other players. Do not post private or sensitive information in table chat or reports. The updated app requires community-rule acceptance before sending chat and filters common objectionable content and links. Use Report or Block beside a message, or open Safety & support from chat or settings to report players, manage blocks, or contact us. Blocking leaves the table and prevents these player profiles from joining each other's tables. Blocks are associated with an installation or browser profile; reinstalling, clearing app data, or changing devices can reset a player's identity. Blocks remain until unblocked, and moderator restrictions remain until lifted.

Children

Conga is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where possible.
